Remaining work on branch dev

Just a self-reminder of the work that still needs to be done on dev before merging it with master.

• Implement music
• Add text events on Windows
• Implement 3D textures
• Implement canonical_path on Windows
• Rework the exception system, replace exceptions with result types where appropriate
• Implement OpenGL profiles on Windows

Additionally, it might be interesting to add more key codes to all OSes.
